The property was well priced with very amiable staff with efficient service. The hotel's location was magnificent, near to bus station, town Center and the Lake District. We saw Lingcove Bridge, that's at a walking distance from the venue. 

The stuff where all polite, which was unquestionably a plus. Our quiet room was equipped with shower, a double bed, all the basics.

It was all superb.

Nicely presented central property with really helpful and amazing friendly staff with efficient service. Excellent location of the hotel, adjacent to Keswick bus station and the centre of Keswick. Besides, easy to get to Hope Park.  

Fairly quiet and en suite rooms with private bathroom, nice stay! Magnificent location just next door to all the Keswick shops, and catbells and maiden moor. Again, not far from The Puzzling Place.

Appreciated my stay and would recommend this hotel. The weather was lovely, had thoroughly enjoyable stay for 2 nights. The location was incredible right in the town centre. Besides, it was close enough to all restaurants, pubs, 

The setting was amazing, so close to the town centre in a raised position with stunning views, buses and centre, and public transport. We had an a nice size and well heated room in the spotlessly clean building.  

Incredibly beautiful place, it has really friendly staff with efficient service. The location is great and stunning, 4 km from a tranquil lake. Every time in Keswick we stay in this hotel.

Impeccably clean and charming old place, hearty and lovely breakfast with a good choice of options. Spotlessly clean building, magnificent location not far from Ambleside, all restaurants, pubs, cafes, shopping and Keswick as a base for fell walking. 

Imposing property, has excellent staff with efficient service. Location - absolutely perfect and nice short walk to Keswick and other attractions, all the Keswick shops and buses and centre. Also, right in the centre of town.  

The location was magnificent and perfect, just 5 min walk from Keswick Mining Museum. They provide a full English breakfast with a good choice of options.

Eggs and bacon at breakfast. Large and well heated rooms with superb views of the mountains.

The rooms are brand-new and the full English breakfast offered has a wide array of dishes. The comfortable bed, best I've ever slept in. It's perfectly clean with a very central location on a hilltop.  

Good dishes, very central location to the Lake District. Also - really close to centre of Kesiwck, the center of town, and bus station, supermarket, town centre. Reasonably large room and a comfortable bed. Hearty and gorgeous breakfast with a great selection
