The property was well priced with very amiable staff with efficient service. The hotel's location was magnificent, near to bus station, town Center and the Lake District. We saw Lingcove Bridge, that's at a walking distance from the venue....  

The stuff where all polite, which was unquestionably a plus. Our quiet room was equipped with shower, a double bed, all the basics.

It was all superb.

Fairly quiet and en suite rooms with private bathroom, nice stay! Magnificent location just next door to all the Keswick shops, and catbells and maiden moor. Again, not far from The Puzzling Place.

Appreciated my stay and would recommend this hotel. The weather was lovely, had thoroughly enjoyable stay for 2 nights. The location was incredible right in the town centre. Besides, it was close enough to all restaurants, pubs, cafes, shopping, and Lake...  

The setting was amazing, so close to the town centre in a raised position with stunning views, buses and centre, and public transport. We had an a nice size and well heated room in the spotlessly clean building.

The location was magnificent and perfect, just 5 min walk from Keswick Mining Museum. They provide a full English breakfast with a good choice of options.

The rooms are brand-new and the full English breakfast offered has a wide array of dishes. The comfortable bed, best I've ever slept in. It's perfectly clean with a very central location on a hilltop.

Good dishes, very central location to the Lake District. Also - really close to centre of Kesiwck, the center of town, and bus station, supermarket, town centre. Reasonably large room and a comfortable bed. Hearty and gorgeous breakfast with a great selection of eggs and bacon to satisfy every guest.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at Lincoln Guest House. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus stop, and we were able to explore Keswick easily. The breakfast provided was outstanding, with a variety of choices and the option to make changes to the cooked breakfast. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Additionally, our room and the bathroom were clean and well-maintained. it was a pleasant experience.

Although the room and toilet were generally clean, we did encounter some spiders in the room occasionally. The toilet was also a bit difficult to flush.

everything was perfect, had a perfect stay for 2 nights.
